Dr. Randy Bumpers is a Ph.D. Graduate from Howard University whose research explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping higher education, especially at Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
His work focuses on faculty perspectives, educator preparation, digital equity, and the role of HBCUs in building more ethical and human-centered approaches to AI.
